By using Claudio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Claudio Is

Claudio is a project of Kochito Labs, a Wyoming corporation. It is a client application that lets you communicate with AI agent servers that you configure. We provide the client software only — we do not operate the servers you connect to, and we are not responsible for the content generated by those servers.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any servers you connect to and for ensuring you have authorization to use them.
• You are responsible for the content you send through the app.
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your use of the app.

No Warranty

Claudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of Claudio.

AI-Generated Content

Responses from AI agents are generated by third-party servers you configure. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You should not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
